Body Balance Description

BODYBALANCE™ is the Yoga, Tai Chi, Pilate’s workout that builds flexibility and strength and leaves you feeling centered and calm. Controlled breathing, concentration and a carefully structured series of stretches, moves and poses to music create a holistic workout that brings the body into a state of harmony and balance.
Every three months, Les Mills releases a new BODYBALANCE™ class with fresh choreography and music.

Private Classes
PRIVATE CLASSES are available if you require that personal touch. We have continuing contracts with local schools for both there pupils and staff. If you and your friends wish for a group booking then a private class may be for you.
