Bernie Whatnall
Personal Trainer, Body Balance, Body Combat & Aqua Instructor

Bernie Whatnall has been involved in the Health and Fitness Industry for more than a decade and has amassed a wealth of experience both in group fitness and individual personal training.

Having participated in sport from a very young age from athletics to team squash, she decided to incorporate her passion and love for exercise with a new career and in 1998 gained the Premier Training Diploma, the Industry standard qualification.  After  spending several years working in a health club both coaching gym members and teaching aqua-aerobics, she trained and qualified with BTS as a BODYBALANCE and BODYCOMBAT instructor.

Bernie is dedicated to continuing her knowledge and education in the fitness industry and regularly attends seminars and workshops to keep moving forward with the current trends.  She prides herself in her ability to make people feel at ease in an environment that can be very intimidating and strives to make her classes and training appeal to all people regardless of age, size or ability.  She passionately believes that fitness should be fun with results and does her best to ensure that all her clients feel this way too

Hour of Power & Fitness 4x4 Instructor


Ben, 24 - Part Time - Qualified Fitness 4x4 & Hour of Power ® Instructor. He is currently teaching one class a week of the Hour of Power and is also a member of the Fitness4x4 instructor team.

Day to day Bens main occupation being an independent financial adviser specialising in all aspects of financial planning from mortgages through to pensions & investment, Ben, with a colleague operates the Hitchin practice of the west end IFA firm, Sterling & Law Group plc.

Katie Whatnall
Trainee Hour of Power Instructor

Katie, 19 - Currently studying Law and is training to become an Hour of Power instructor where she plans to instruct on a part time basis.
