Class timetable is shown below – all classes are open to members of the public. No pre-booking is required and participants can attend whichever class time is convenient dependent on their commitments.
Each class is exactly the same – there are no levels as BODYBALANCE ™ & HOUR OF POWER is constructed in such a way that it can be coached for all abilities. The age group and gender in most classes is very diverse, which is the general appeal.

BODYBALANCE - Comfortable, loose clothing should be worn and participants are recommended to take part bare-footed (this enables better balance and grip). Mats are provided but if you have your own yoga mat you may prefer to use it.
If you have not taken part in BODYBALANCE ™ before it is suggested that you allow a few minutes before class commences to go through a few basic moves to add to your enjoyment.
HOUR OF POWER – as with the above comfortable, loose clothing should be worn and I is recommended that you wear trainers for this class
If you have not taken part in the class before please allow a few minutes before the class to go through the basic moves of the workout first with the instructor.
If you have a group of friends that are interested in having a more private class this is also an option. Fee and venue to be discussed.
